LONDON - The analysis of the cockpit voice and flight data recorders from the Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777 that crashed in eastern Ukraine may take several weeks, according to a press release of the Dutch Safety Board.

“The analysis of black box data may take several weeks,” the Dutch Safety Board said.

As a part of this effort, the expert team will also establish if any manipulations have been conducted with the black boxes.

The Dutch Safety Board is an independent organization based in the Hague, which investigates accidents and incidents in various areas, including aviation.
