The Central Election Commission has recognized representative of the Bloc of Petro Poroshenko, Oleksandr Dubinin, as elected in single-seat constituency No. 30 (Dniprodzerzhynsk, Dnipropetrovsk region) during the recent parliamentary elections on Oct. 26.
As previously reported, CE deputy head Zhanna Usenko-Chorna proposed to claim it impossible to establish elections returns in the aforementioned district.
However, the CEC refused to satisfy her claim.
