KHARKIV – Former Ukrainian Premier Yulia Tymoshenko, who is undergoing treatment at Central Clinical Hospital No. 5 in Kharkiv, will not return to the colony in the near future, Head of the Kachanivska Penal Colony Ivan Pervushkin has said.

“I don’t have such information and there is no reason for this,” he told journalists on Tuesday.

He added that Tymoshenko could be taken back to the colony only on the basis of a medical conclusion on her health condition.

Pervushkin also said that the convict, who was hospitalized in the
same ward with Tymoshenko, has been discharged due to the completion of
the treatment course.
