You're reading: Shymkiv: Personnel of presidential administration reshuffled by 50 percent

Around half of previous employees have been dismissed in the process of the reorganization of the Ukrainian Presidential Administration, Presidential Administration Deputy Head for administrative, social and economic reform Dmitry Shymkiv said in Kyiv on Oct. 22.

“As of Oct. 21, the share of old employees amounts to 44 percent now,” he said.

Shymkiv said that the structural reform in the presidential administration is being implemented using funds of the British government.

“We’re finishing the first phase of the project using the funds of the British government which allows analyzing the target model… which would allow optimizing the processes… how the presidential administration is to work,” he said.

He said that the e-document system is being introduced, and daily training of employees has been organized.

Shymkiv said that the electronic relations with the Cabinet of Ministers have been established, and documents arrive to the presidential administration two hours quicker on average than documents on paper.
