MOSCOW - The co-chairmen of the sub-commission for the functioning and presence of the Russian Black Sea Fleet in Ukraine will meet in Moscow in mid-April, the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
"It was agreed to hold a meeting of the co-chairmen of the sub-commission for the functioning and presence of the Russian Black Sea Fleet in Ukraine in Moscow in the middle of April 2012," the ministry said on its website.

The statement was posted after Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin spoke by telephone to Ukraine's First Deputy Foreign Minister Ruslan Demchenko.

The diplomats also discussed Russian-Ukrainian cooperation, in particular, the prospects for cultural, humanitarian and consular cooperation between Russia and Ukraine, the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
