MOSCOW - Latvia is concerned about Russian planes with disabled identification signals flying close to its borders, Latvian Ambassador in Moscow Astra Kurme told Interfax.

“What we are worried about is that military planes, which are not trespassing anything, are flying too close to one another. Besides, Russian planes are flying with disabled responding systems,” Kurme.

“Probably, the skills of military pilots are high but human errors still happen and this is a source of our profound concern,” she said.
