"Dmitry Anatolyevich [Medvedev] has now reached a decision on building the most modern factory at KAPA," Serdyukov said.

He said the Russian army would buy 60 such planes by 2020. He said An-70 planes made in Ukraine would start to be delivered in the next two or three years, after which the plant in Kazan would start to produce them.
