Moscow - Russia's ban on a number of imports will not affect commodities that Russian citizens purchase abroad for their own personal use, Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has said.

“All these measures will not affect baby food. And, naturally, they
will not affect commodities that people buy in foreign countries in
accordance with our customs legislation for their own personal use,” he
said at a government session on Thursday, Aug. 7.
