Minsk, April 20 (Interfax) - Belarusian law enforcement authorities have concluded that there was no reason to believe that the people detained in connection with the April 11 attack in the Minsk subway system suffered from any mental disorder.

"The painstaking joint efforts by prosecution officials, the KGB (State Security Committee) and police in investigating the criminal case over the explosion at the capital subway are producing new results each day," the Belarusian Interior Ministry said in a statement posted on its website.

"There are no grounds to speak about any mental disorders of the suspects," it said, citing the country’s Prosecutor General’s Office.
