Moscow - The Nowy Sacz City Court in Poland has ruled to arrest former Russian prosecutor Alexander Ignatenko for 40 days, BBC reported on Wednesday.
The Polish justice minister has yet to make a final decision on whether to leave Ignatenko under arrest while Polish authorities consider his extradition to Russia.
