Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin is hoping to continue cooperation with Ukraine, Belarus and Turkey, despite Russia's implementation of the Nord Stream and South Stream pipeline projects.

"Exclusivity in the transit of our gas will indeed disappear for several states, but the value itself of our partners will remain high. Joint work with Ukraine, Belarus and, possibly, in the future even with Turkey – work with all of our partners – must be continued and should be built on a mutually advantageous basis," Putin said during a meeting with Gazprom CEO Alexei Miller.
