MOSCOW - Russia exported 10.3 million tonnes of grain between July 1 and November 1, Pavel Skurikhin, president of the National Grain Producers Union, told reporters.

“Exports, according to the Federal Customs Service (FCS) were 10.3
million tonnes as of November 1 [since July 1, the beginning of the new
agricultural year],” Skurikhin said. He said grain exports were 2.3
million tonnes in October and 3.2 million tonnes in September.

Russia exported most of the grain to Egypt, Turkey and Saudi Arabia, which is a major buyer of Russian barley, he said.
