A Glonass-M satellite will be launched from Plesetsk on November 22.

Proton-M rockets with Briz-M boosters will be used in the launches of November 3 and 25. Phobos Grunt will be lifted off with a Zenit-2SLB rocket, and a Soyuz-FG rocket will carry the Soyuz manned spaceship. A Soyuz-2.1B rocket with a Fregat booster will lift off Glonass-M from Plesetsk.

A Baikonur representative told Interfax-AVN that three Glonass-M satellites would be sent to orbit at 4:55 p.m. Moscow time on November 3.
