A group of militants have been arrested in the Republic of Bashkiria for plotting a series of attacks in Russia’s Volga area. As a source in the police told the Interfax news agency, the detainees are members of an international criminal group which stood behind an attack on a food warehouse in the town of Oktyabrsky on 23 March.
