 The World Boxing Association (WBA) has ordered super heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko of Ukraine and regular champion Alexander Povetkin of Russia to hold a fight by Feb. 24, reads a statement posted on WBA's Web site.

 This order follows the agreement reached before the fight between Wladimir Klitschko and David Haye, which was held on July 2, 2011. It was established that the winner should fight the winner of the Ruslan Chagaev vs Alexander Povetkin fight, in a period not exceeding 18 months after the fight made on August 27, 2011.

As reported, on Nov. 11, 2012, Wladimir Klitschko made another defense of his WBA, WBO, IBO and IBF belts in a fight against Pole Mariusz Wach.
