Representatives of the cities said this during a penal discussion on urban development and architecture entitled “Development of a capital comfortable for living under the conditions of a transition economy” as part of Days of Moscow in Kyiv on September 12-15.

“We are also very interested in your experience [except for experiences in the sphere of architecture] in the rapid construction of sports facilities [during the preparations for Euro 2012],” Minister of Moscow City Government, Head of External Economic and International Relations Department Sergey Cheremin said in Kyiv on September 13.

He added that during the preparations for the 2018 World Cup, the capital of Russia would learn from Kyiv’s experience in the organization of international sports events, particularly in the development of extra transport infrastructure and improving flight connections.
