The Executive Board of International Olympic Committee (IPO) endorsed the decision of the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) that maintained the suspension of the Russian Athletics Federation. This means that Russian athletes won't be able to participate in the international competitions, including Summer Olympic in Rio.
