The matter of establishing an international tribunal to bring to justice those responsible for the downing of the Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17 in Ukraine's east will be considered by the UN General Assembly, first vice speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Andriy Parubiy has said.

“There is no doubt that this matter will be passed on to the UN General Assembly, where Russia will have no right of veto, where two-thirds of votes are required to make a decision. And I have little doubt that this decision will be taken at the UN General Assembly,” Parubiy said on the air of Channel 5 on July 30 evening.
