PJSC Automobile Roads of Ukraine (Kyiv) in January-September 2012 saw its net profit rise by 2.2 times compared to the same period in 2011, to Hr 442,000.

According to a company fiscal report in the information disclosure system of the National Commission on Securities and the Stock Market, its net income in the period grew by 14.1%, to Hr 2.57 billion.

As reported, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine intends to reorganize Automobile Roads of Ukraine in 2013.

Automobile Roads of Ukraine was established in 2002. Its core business is public road construction, repair and maintenance.

The company includes 33 subsidiary companies (two under liquidation). These include 25 oblavtodors (regional auto road services), Lviv’s Dorservice (auto road service), Sevastopol Uprdor (road management), SHRBU No. 100 (road repair and construction management), Eksbud, the Dorojnik resort and Zakhiddorvybukhprom.
