Prime Minister Mykola Azarov's office on Nov. 14 said agreement had been reached on all outstanding issues with the International Monetary Fund.

"Ukraine’s government fully fulfills the obligations taken upon itself and is conducting effective macroeconomic stabilization policies," the statement says, noting all issues were resolved.

"Compromise positions were agreed upon in relation to all points of the memorandum, which will be finalized before the IMF mission leaves on Nov. 15," the statement says.

The IMF on July 28 made a decision to allocate a loan worth 10 billion of special drawing rights ($15.15 billion) during the next two and a half years according to a new Stand-by Arrangement.

The IMF days later disbursed first tranche of the Stand-by loan to Ukraine in the amount of $1.89 billion.
