KUALA LUMPUR - Ukraine has established itself admirably among the world's nations after two decades of intensive efforts aimed at transforming its national economy and strengthening the government structure.
The young country, which turns 21 on Friday, has continued to
demonstrate sustained economic development despite global financial
crises, the Ukrainian embassy said in a statement issued to mark the
country’s Independence Day.
The embassy stated that the country’s political stability had also
created a favourable investment climate, which has provided
opportunities for modernising its economy, helped introduce latest
technologies, build new factories and create additional jobs.
