The Higher Administrative Court of Ukraine on Feb. 24 recognized the validity of the decision of Kyiv City Council on the allocation of a land plot for building the Bionic Hill innovation park, the park has stated.

“The legality of land allocation was confirmed for the fifth time, therefore politicians would better choose another target for pre-election manipulation,” the company said.

The company noted that similar rulings were previously made by the Higher Economic Court of Ukraine, the Economic Court of Kyiv, the District Administrative Court of Kyiv and the Kyiv Administrative Court of Appeals.

Bionic Hill said that the attempt to cast doubt on the legality of land allocation for building the innovation park was initiated by the head of one of the Kyiv City Council factions at the time of the election race, while the representative of the plaintiffs was a parliamentary candidate.

The company admits that, given the current political situation and “a lack of imagination of some politicians,” an appeal to review the previous court decisions could be submitted to the Supreme Court of Ukraine. The park says it is ready for such a scenario.
