You're reading: Cabinet confirms inclusion of Russian eurobonds in restructuring

The government of Ukraine has approved prior conditions for deals with foreign lenders within the framework of agreements with the creditors' committee.

The document published on the government website on Aug.27 also contains a list of debt obligations included in the restructuring, which also includes, as it did before, eurobonds for $3 billion issued in December 2013, which were bought by Russia using the National Welfare Fund (NWF), the repayment period of which is December 2015.
