Ukraine on October 15, 2012 will introduce a pilot project on the exchange of electronic documents between the court and the parties of a trial, the press service of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine has said.
According to the report, the project’s implementation will start in Sviatoshynsky District Court in Kyiv and the Court of Appeals in Dnipropetrovsk region from October 15.
From November 26, 2012 the project will be tested in the Economic Court of Vinnytsia region, Sevastopol Economic Court of Appeals, the district administrative court and the administrative court of appeals in Kharkiv.
According to the press service, temporary regulations for electronic document exchange between the court and the parties of a trial have been developed and approved for the project’s implementation.
In particular, the regulations define the procedure for submitting documents to the court in electronic form, and the transfer of procedural documents in electronic form along with paper documents, in accordance with the procedural law, to the parties in a trial.
