Kharkiv District Administrative Court has partially upheld an administrative claim of Kharkiv City Council to Kharkiv regional branch of Batkivschyna All-Ukrainian Union and prohibited it to hold a rally on January 7 in front of Kachanivska penal colony in Kharkiv, where ex-prime minister Yulia Tymoshenko is held, according to the official Web site of Kharkiv City Council.

The ruling of Kharkiv District Administrative Court may be appealed in Kharkiv Administrative Court of Appeal within ten days.
