DONETSK, Rostov region – The Donetsk City Court in the Rostov region believes that the alibi of Ukrainian pilot Nadia Savchenko accused of murdering Russian journalists has not been proven in the court proceeding.

The statement is made in the sentence handed down by the panel of judges, an Interfax correspondent reports.

“The court finds no confirmation to an alibi of the defendant, Savchenko,” the sentence said.

Statements of witnesses and cell phone billing data testify against Savchenko, the judge said.

“The defendant, Savchenko, has changed her testimony several times during the court proceeding,” the court said.
