Kyiv Pechersky District Court has postponed the consideration of a criminal case against former Interior Minister Yuriy Lutsenko until 9:15 am on Monday, October 24.

A break in the hearing has been announced due to the fact that no witnesses, except for one, came to the trial on Friday.

During the questioning on Friday, the witness – a former head of the security office of the operations department of the Interior Ministry of Ukraine, Volodymyr Maksymov, said that he considered the decision of the department’s staff commission, whose member he was, to add the experience of civil service of Lutsenko’s ex-driver Leonid Prystupliuku to his police records as lawful.

The witness said that he didn’t see any violation of the procedure.
