Revealing his intentions to play the political game now that he has hung up his football boots, former Chelsea and AC Milan striker Andriy Shevchenko announces his new goal on a trip to a school in the Ukraine.
Ukrainian striker Andriy Shevchenko told the assembled press that he had quit
football to begin a career in politics and would be joining a new political
party.
Shevchenko spoke to journalists during a visit to a school on Saturday, July 28, where
he met with students, toured the school and played ping-pong with some of
the children.
