The directors of enterprises that are parts of holdings owned by Rinat Akhmetov, Vadym Novynsky and Borys Kolesnikov have been included into the leadership of the new Industrial Party, according to the unified register of public organizations.
Zaporizhstal Director General Rostyslav Shurma heads Industrial Party, which was registered in June 2014.
The party’s political council also includes the directors of two other Metinvest holding companies: Yuriy Zinchenko (Illich steel mill Director General) and Enver Tskitishvili (Azovstal Director General).
In addition, the political council of the Industrial Party includes the directors of companies that are parts of Smart Holding, Ukrinvest, and DTEK energy holding.
As reported, the major owners of Metinvest include Rinat Akhmetov’s System Capital Management (SCM) and Vadym Novynsky’s Smart Holding. SCM also owns DTEK, and the major owner of Ukrinvest is Borys Kolesnikov.
