The Dutch Safety Board on Oct. 13 released its long-awaited report into the downing of Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17. The report found that the aircraft had been shot down by a Buk missile, killing all 298 people on board. The report does not assign blame for the tragedy, leaving that function for an upcoming report on the criminal investigation into the crash. The results of the criminal probe are to be released in the next few months.
