Prosecutor General's Office (PGO) of Crimea is recording facts embezzlement of Ukrainian property in temporarily occupied Crimea, Ukrainian President's Envoy for the Crimean Tatar people and MP from Petro Poroshenko Bloc Mustafa Dzhemilev has said.

“Prosecutor General’s Office of Crimea is permanently working to reveal facts of embezzlement of state-owned property located on the temporarily occupied territory of Crimea, according to a report of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Crimea on the pretrial investigation into embezzlement of state-owned property,” Dzhemilev wrote on his Facebook page.

“It was established that representative of Russian occupation authorities on the territory of annexed peninsula embezzled state-owned enterprises and institutions under management of Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities Economy Ministry of Ukraine, Culture Ministry of Ukraine, Finance Ministry of Ukraine, Justice Ministry of Ukraine, Youth and Sports Ministry of Ukraine. This caused a especially large financial damage to the state,” he said.

Prosecutor General’s Office of Crimea asked all citizens who know about violation of Constitutional human rights on the occupied territory of Crimea to present any information or documents that could be used as evidence of crimes committed by representatives of occupation authorities.
