The Ministry of Economic Development and Trade has been working on the liberalization of access of Ukrainian goods to the EU market, Deputy Minister of Economic Development and Trade Natalia Mykolska said at a briefing in the Cabinet on Jan. 19.

“The EU is our partner who supports us most. We’ll talk about how to increase exports there,” she said.

According to Mykolska, it is not only about increasing quotas for the supply of Ukrainian products to the EU.

The ministry is doing everything to compensate for the losses from the drop in exports to Russia. So, Kyiv is in talks with all its trading partners in order to increase Ukrainian exports to the EU.
