Ekonomika Communication Hub (the Ekonomika publishing house) will withdraw from the EastOne investment and advisory group of Ukrainian businessman Victor Pinchuk.
Thus, according to a report on the Web site of Marketing Media Review (mmr.ua), from Nov. 1 all the rights to the business portal Delo.UA, Marketing Media Review and the project “The Rating of the Largest” will transfer from the managing company EastOne to Ekonomika Communication Hub .
According to a posting on mmr.ua, the decision was made in view of changing the business priorities of EastOne Group. The media assets will continue development under the management of a new strategic investor, who is not specified in the report.
All the existing brands of Ekonomika Communication Hub will be retained. The company plans to further develop Delo.UA, mmr.ua, “The Rating of the Largest,” as well as the community womo.com.ua. In addition, it plans to expand the range of activities.
