European Commissioner for European Neighbourhood Policy & Enlargement Negotiation Johannes Hahn has expressed concerns about the inclusion of journalists in the "blacklist" made by the Ukrainian authorities.
He told a press conference in Brussels on Sept.17 he will have a
serious talk about that with his Ukrainian colleagues and believes it is
against the European spirit.
