BRUSSELS – The European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) has ruled that the arrest of Ukraine's former Interior Minister Yuriy Lutsenko violated his human rights.
The European Court of Human Rights delivered this judgment at a
public hearing in Strasbourg on July 2, after considering the
opposition politician’s appeal against his arrest.
