Representatives of the international police mission working at the crash site of the Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777 in eastern Ukraine will not carry arms, Prime Minister of the Netherlands Mark Rutte told journalists on Friday.

The mission intends to continue its work without arms, he said.

The Malaysia Airlines Boeing 777 en route from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur crashed in eastern Ukraine on July 17, killing all 298 people aboard. Most of the passengers were citizens of the Netherlands and Australia.
