Financial Times: Ukraine appoints prosecutor, looks to unlock funding

Ukraine’s parliament on May 12 appointed Yuri Lutsenko, a presidential loyalist and former Interior Minister, as the war-torn country’s new chief prosecutor amid deepening calls from Western backers to step up reforms needed to crack widespread corruption.
