You're reading: First stage of Marmelad mall to open in Kyiv in March

Private enterprise Mava production and commercial firm (Kyiv), the developer of the Marmelad trade and entertainment center at 154 Borschahivska Street in Kyiv, will open the first stage of the center, including an Amstor supermarket and about 15 stores, in March 2013.

The press service of the Ukrainian Trade Guild consulting company (Kyiv), the exclusive broker of the project, told Interfax-Ukraine that the entire mall would open in May or June this year.

At the same time, according to a press release of the UTG, an Amstor supermarket of 4,210 square meters will be located on the ground floor of the center. The store will become the 28th in the network in Ukraine.

As reported, the total area of the Marmelad shopping center is 58,000 square meters, the rent area is 40,000 square meters. The center has seven levels, one of which is zero and six ground levels. It includes a parking lot for 1,500 cars.

Investment in the Marmelad project has not been disclosed.

Mava is the developer and the managing company of the trade center. The design concept is developed by Forum Architects (Sweden).
