You're reading: Fiscal Service, grain traders agree on cooperation to reveal illegal grain purchase schemes

The State Fiscal Service and Ukrainian grain traders have agreed to actively cooperate in the detection of illegal grain procurement schemes.

According to a report on the website of the service, the agency at a meeting with large grain traders discussed the topical issues of a fiscal component of activity of agrarian enterprises, as well as the problematic issues of produce sale, purchase, and exports.

Nibulon CEO Oleksiy Vadatursky, in particular, noted that now the shadow component of the Ukrainian grain market accounts for about 60 percent and said the company is ready to undertake measures against this.

The Fiscal Service reported it has started fight against the illegal market and takes appropriate measures in this regard. The task of the agency for the near future is as soon as possible to clear the grain market of Ukraine of the illegal component with a view to its further growth and development.
