You're reading: Georgian Airways launches flights between Kyiv and Tbilisi

Georgian Airways on Dec. 25 launched flights from Tbilisi to Kyiv Zhuliany International Airport.

According to the press service of the airport, flights will be
performed on board Boeing 737 and Bombardier CRJ 100/200 aircraft.

Georgian Airways offers business and economy class flights. The
flight schedule foresees four flights per week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays,
Fridays and Sundays. The time of a trip is 2 hours and 10 minutes.

“The flight to Tbilisi became a completely new direction for Kyiv
Airport and the second flight to Georgia. Since September, Wizz Air
low-cost airline has been performing Kyiv-Kutaisi flights from Kyiv
Airport,” said the airport.

Georgian Airways was founded in 1993 under the name of Air Zena. From October 1, 2004 it was renamed as Georgian Airways.
