The Ukrainian Cabinet officials who failed to reach their workplaces on Dec. 2 have been asked to go home and wait for instructions by phone, several government officials who came to the government building and could not enter it.told Interfax-Ukraine.

Protesters in central Kyiv have blocked all entrances to the Cabinet
of Ministers and the building of the National Bank. The entire
government quarter has been encircled by vehicles and protesters from
different sides.
