BRUSSELS - The EU Council does not plan to officially discuss the issue of the Minsk agreements and Russia on June 28-29, an unnamed high-ranking European official told journalists in Brussels on June 26.
“There is no this issue in the EU Council’s conclusions,” he said.
Besides, when German Chancellor Angela Merkel or French President Francois Hollande intend to speak about this issue, European chiefs listen to them with interest, he said.
“However, the EU Council’s conclusions do not envisage this issue,” the source also said.
