Pechersky District Court of Kyiv has rejected a petition of former Ukrainian Premier Yulia Tymoshenko to include in the materials of the gas case photocopies of a study on the instructions for signing the contracts for gas supplies with Russia in 2009 that was carried out by Koretsky Institute of State and Law.

Tymoshenko announced this petition during the questioning of former Deputy Prosecutor General Viktor Kudriavtsev.

Judge Rodion Kireyev rejected the petition, as the photocopy of the document was not stamped, signed and attested.

In turn, Tymoshenko requested that the court demand the results of the study from the Prosecutor General’s Office, to which the judge replied that Tymoshenko could file all her petitions after the questioning of the witnesses.
