Kyiv, April 24 – The leader of the central election headquarters of the Regions Party for the 2012 parliamentary elections, Andriy Kliuyev, has stated that the party will do its best to hold a transparent election campaign.
"I was unanimously elected as the head of the election headquarters, Sergiy Tigipko was also unanimously elected as the head of the election campaign, Oleksandr Yefremov was also unanimously elected as my deputy. Soon, or to be more precise, in the near days we will form the headquarters and the whole structure, hire people. From May 1 the election headquarters of the Regions Party will start work," the press service of the party cited Kliuyev as saying on April 23.
He added that special attention will be paid to work of the media.
"I hope we will meet with you, representatives of the media, every week to report on our activities, plans, so as to inform everyone transparently what the election headquarters of the Regions Party does during the election campaign," Kliuyev said.
