None of Euro 2012 objects in Ukraine will be idle after the Euro 2012 European Football Championship ends, according to the Web site of the Ukraine 2012 information center with reference to Vice Premier of Ukraine, Infrastructure Minister Borys Kolesnikov.

"It was important for us to avoid the so called "white elephants" – this is a term that is used for objects that will be idle after the tournament finishes. There will be no such objects in Ukraine," said Kolesnikov.

In addition, the Web site quotes Director of Euro 2012 in Ukraine Markiyan Lubkivsky, who stressed that the championship "will descend many things that we had not received during the previous years of independence."
