MOSCOW - The package of proposals forwarded to the 'Normandy format' partners was coordinated by the Russian side with representatives of Donbas, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has said.
“In our opinion, it is impossible to adopt such decisions overlooking the points of view of Donbas representatives. [Without Donbas] such decisions have no prospects. Acting utterly and completely on the basis of the spirit and the letter of the Minsk agreements, this was coordinated with Donbas, and these counter-proposals were voiced,” Peskov said.
