“The PGO has evidences that Tymoshenko, Lazarenko and Kuchma are
directly privy to the murders. And now we’re collecting enough evidence
to bring charges against them,” he said in an interview with the Kiev
“The most villainous acts in the world were committee by women, or
because of women, or for the sake of women. By the way, the most violent
crimes also: Yulia Volodymyrivna Tymoshenko is a special case from the
point of view of the ethics of woman-man relations, and a very simple
one from the point of view of the law. She is a criminal that was proved
by two forensic institutions and [she] is enduring seven years of
punishment,” the first deputy prosecutor general added.
Moreover, he stated that ex-Interior Minister of Ukraine Yuriy
Lutsenko “is a thief, and this was proved by two forensic institutions.”
He was found guilty of official crimes, including the embezzlement of
state property, and this means that he is a criminal. He is a thief who
tries to convince the world community that he is a victim of the
political repression, but not a criminal,” Kuzmin said.
He said Tymoshenko, Lazarenko and Lutsenko have already sued him for slander, but these suits were not satisfied.
