The Verkhovna Rada, Ukraine' parliament, is planning to permit Kyiv City State Administration to carry out passenger transportation between Kyiv and Boryspil International Airport.

A total of 268 of the 279 MPs registered in the session hall passed relevant amendments to the law of Ukraine on motor transport.

The document proposes to entitle Kyiv City State Administration to set up a bus service between Kyiv and Boryspil International Airport.

The explanatory note reads that Kyiv municipal authorities should be provided with such permission as part of the preparations for the Euro 2012 European Football Championship in Ukraine.
