You're reading: Kyiv city repays B Series bonds worth Hr 1.125 billion

Kyiv City has repaid B Series domestic bonds worth Hr 1.125 billion, First Deputy Head of Kyiv City Administration Ihor Nikonov has said. 

He said that Kyiv City managed to repay on bonds in the terms foreseen in the conditions of the bond issue – from Oct. 6 to Oct. 9, 2014.

In general, in the fourth quarter of 2014 Kyiv City is to pay bonds worth Hr 2.625 billion.

As reported, Kyiv City Council in May 2012 issued three-year municipal bonds worth Hr 3.5 billion sty 15.25 percent per annum.

B Series bonds worth Hr 1.125 billion, C Series bonds worth Hr 250 million, D Series bonds worth Hr 500 million, E Series bonds worth Hr 750 million and F Series bonds worth Hr 875 million were issued.

B Series bonds are to mature on Oct. 5, 2014, C Series – on Oct. 19, 2014, D Series – on Nov. 2, 2014, E Series – on Nov. 16, 2014 and F Series – on Oct. 4, 2015.

Ukreximbank (Kyiv) was the underwriter of the issue.
