Heavy weapons of the separatist militants in Donbas are still based along the contact line in the Anti-Terrorist Operation (ATO) zone in contravention of the Minsk agreements, spokesman of the Ukrainian president's administration quotes Andriy Lysenko as a saying.

“Despite the ceasefire, the enemy the same as before keeps significant forces on the frontline, including heavy weapons which contravenes the Minsk agreements,” he said at a briefing in Kyiv on Wednesday.

Lysenko said that last evening, near the village of Lozove of Donetsk region, militants opened fire with large-caliber arms.

On Sept. 29 morning, Ukrainian forces clashed with illegal armed groups for half an hour to the north of Horlivka, near the village of Zaytseve. No Ukrainian casualties were reported.

Near Krasnohorivka (the western outskirts of Donetsk), militants used small arms, mortars and infantry combat vehicles against Ukrainian forces, opening fire from residential areas.
